We have an initiative to update the Linden Hill Bylaws and
Restrictions. If you have any interest in helping with this, PLEASE contact

The following is a brief summary of the Linden Hill Homes Association bylaws & restrictions. To view them in
their entirety, please ask a board member for a paper copy or view the

Use of your house as a single-family residence only, i.e. no business
or multifamily dwellings are allowed |

All construction on your house must have prior written approval of the
Board. |
|
|
The appearance of all buildings and structure must be maintained to be
consistent with the standards of practice within the neighborhood. No
construction projects may remain unfinished longer then nine months.
Damages must be repaired within three months. Acceptable materials and
roof colors must be consistent with the restrictions. Roof color must be
the color closest to that of weathered wood. |

No outbuildings (sheds) or other detached structures
may be erected on your
lot without the prior written consent of the Board. |

|
No temporary or incomplete buildings, automotive equipment, trailer or
garage may be erected, maintained, or used for residential purposes,
either temporarily or permanently. |

|
All city ordinances regarding animals shall be adhered to. This
includes the number of pets, leash laws, licenses, and/or noise. |
|
|
No tanks for the storage of fuel may be maintained about the surface
of the ground. |
